Returns / Refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. If a custom order was damaged or defective same applys as above. There are no refunds on custom blend orders.

Shipping / Handling

All orders are sent out within a 24hour time period unless shipping specifies different.
All custom orders are sent out within 7-10 days. There is an additional custom blend charge, depending on the item and quanity.
